Preliminary Project Phase
In this stage, you define your needs, goals, and target audiences. At Chili Digital, we accompany you in this process and assemble the team for implementation. We emphasize that team members bring the necessary flexibility for agile methodology. Subsequently, we create initial sketches and discuss them with you.
Construction Phase
The Chili Digital team collaborates with you to create clear requirement profiles. We assist you in considering crucial points and details. The development team and project management, along with customer representatives, formulate the concept. In the next step, we work with you to draft a specification document and define the milestones.
Planning Phase
Transparency is crucial in this phase: the software developers involve the responsible parties from the client side in every step. This includes the project manager and those in charge of development. A test person continuously tests. In several milestone sessions, we collectively review the project status, progress, goals, and timeline.
Adaptation Phase
Now agility comes into play! If it turns out that the implemented steps so far do not meet customer needs, adjustments are necessary. For this, we revisit the requirements in detail with you, incorporate them into the concept, and plan the next project steps.
Closing Phase
The project is now nearing completion. After handing over the solution, you should internally assign some users to thoroughly test and create test protocols. The deficiency list is addressed, and further tests are conducted until the application meets your satisfaction.
