Vision Inside - Full view with ChiliDataHub

Challenges
The primary need was to be able to provide customers with comprehensive support and to know exactly what was going on with a customer at all times. Vision-Inside uses the Swiss ERP Messerli Informatik as its central solution. The IT department uses Autotask for its projects. HubSpot was chosen as the CRM solution. The challenge was to integrate the entire landscape in such a way that a 360° view of the customer is available in the CRM at all times.
Solutions
ChiliDataHub synchronizes the company, contact and deal data as well as custom objects for contracts and services between HubSpot - Messerli and Autotask. HubSpot thus ensures a complete view of the customer at all times and both the electrical infrastructure and IT departments always know which projects and activities are running at a customer. The solution helps employees to create an optimal customer experience in general, as the relevant information is available at all times.
