Like all media products, cmm360 has evolved in recent years from a pure print magazine to a cross-media platform. The ever-increasing cost pressure made it necessary to evaluate an efficient solution for managing content, readers and advertising customers. The decision was made in favour of HubSpot with CRM, Marketing Hub and Marketing Automation.
Solutions
HubSpot was set up as an inbound marketing platform and equipped with a comprehensive CRM. Specialist articles are published online, and the website also contains an event and job database as well as a marketplace. Companies can secure an entry there and have events, vacancies and specialist articles published.
