Challenges
The client was looking for a new CRM system with automation features as the previous solution was based on a WordPress website.
The company had an extensive customer database and used numerous tools, but these required many small and time-consuming steps to successfully complete a project.
Solutions
HubSpot CRM was implemented as the solution, with a particular focus on automation, optimisation of sales processes and database cleansing.
An interface between HubSpot and Mendixx was set up to ensure seamless integration. Marketing campaigns are now created and managed with HubSpot, among others.
The project also includes ongoing support and advice on marketing concepts and creative ideas in order to continuously optimise processes.
