The School of Art and Design Zurich (SKDZ) is the leading art school for part-time training programmes in Switzerland. Chili Digital provided SKDZ with an integration solution to improve the management of its programmes.
After all, it was the registration process that used to pose challenges for the SKDZ from time to time. In particular, there were problems with connecting the many forms to the e-mail system. In addition, individual changes to school data had to be entered manually in painstaking detail. Cumbersome processes that took a lot of time. But there is a simple solution to this.
Chili Digital's broad expertise in the field of integration solutions made it possible to integrate "djooze.school", a Swiss software for modern and professional school administration, directly into the existing website. Thanks to the numerous interfaces, the software digitalises work processes and makes planning easier. In addition, students, pupils, teachers and lecturers can network seamlessly.
Solutions
For the implementation, we relaunched the existing website with the Umbraco content management system, using a Microsoft SQL server as the database. We used common programming languages such as Microsoft .Net, C#, HTML, CSS and JavaScript. The structure and design of the existing website remained basically unchanged apart from a few optimisations. The djooze.school software is integrated via REST API and the hosting runs via the Microsoft Azure Cloud.
