MediCongress - Better event management with CRM and ticketing system

MediCongress wanted to be able to organise its event management processes more effectively. To this end, a CRM system was to be introduced to simplify data maintenance and enable personalised communication. At the same time, the complex congress registration with different ticket categories and prices as well as the entire event management were to be simplified.
Solutions
For event management, the ticketing system Ticketino and an extended form tool were integrated into HubSpot CRM in a pilot project. This made complex registrations possible. Information is transferred from the registration form directly into a deal in HubSpot. Using field mapping, all information from the registration is attached to the deal, making event management much easier.
The registration form is embedded on the HubSpot landing page with whitelabel or the MediCongress design. Invoicing, admission control and order management are carried out directly from or with Ticketino. Analyses can be carried out both in Ticketino and in the HubSpot dashboard.
The implementation of the CRM based on HubSpot helps MediCongress to store customer data centrally, track communication histories and develop customised marketing strategies. This noticeably increases customer satisfaction and loyalty. Thanks to the integration of Ticketino with HubSpot, communication relating to ticketing has been automated and significantly improved. This solution eliminates interfaces that made the process clumsy.
