Brig Simplon Tourismus AG is a marketing and sales organisation responsible for promoting tourism in the region. Brig Simplon Tourismus AG is owned by the municipalities of Brig-Glis, Ried-Brig, Termen, Simplon and Zwischbergen.

The client wanted to develop an attractive and fresh marketing strategy for the Brig-Simplon region. The aim was to increase the level of interaction with the target audience and thus improve awareness of the offers.
Solutions
Together with the client, Chili Digital AG developed a comprehensive digital marketing strategy in several stages and implemented several online marketing campaigns.
The first focussed on the topic of ‘Winter in Brig’. Gamification in the form of a competition and meta-campaign resulted in a successful lead generation campaign.
Our software developer, Jamie van der Heiden, has also programmed another gamification element in the form of an interactive map for a multi-day hut hike.
Other digital marketing campaigns via Meta and Google Ads etc. as well as email marketing were particularly successful in terms of lead generation. Some of the campaigns were also linked to feedback surveys to strengthen customer loyalty as well as Meta and Google Ads.
Communication was automated with workflows.
