You will see a new folder in the HubSpot FileManager: "ChiliDocs®-Templates". You can upload unlimited templates to this folder to create personalized documents at the touch of a button. What do you need to do? Add so-called control elements to an existing standard document, such as an offer or a contract. These control elements ensure that the relevant contact, customer, company, and deal information is implemented directly from the HubSpot CRM into the template. Once you have prepared everything, you can create quotes and other relevant documents in seconds thanks to ChiliDocs®. You can then download the created documents as Word or PDF files.
