With the new ChiliDocs® HubSpot integration, you can create quotes, inquiries, and other documents in seconds. No more tedious and time-consuming manual collation of data from your CRM system! The smart tool retrieves the data directly from your HubSpot contact, company, and deal data records.

 

All you need is a HubSpot standard license and MS Word version 2007 or higher and you can create personalized documents easily and in a matter of seconds. You can then save the documents directly as a Word or as a PDF file.

Install ChiliDocs®

Navigate to the HubSpot App Marketplace via your HubSpot portal. Here you will find our HubSpot integration ChiliDocs®. Install the app and your 14-day trial period will start.

Create template

Create a template in MS Word that you would like to use. Add a control character (e.g. [contact.lastname] for the contact's surname) to all personalized elements that you want to populate with HubSpot data. This will ensure that HubSpot automatically transfers the relevant data to your document in seconds.

Store template in HubSpot

You can upload the templates you create directly to your HubSpot portal. Simply save the template as a Word file in the HubSpot File Manager in the «ChiliDocs® templates» folder. ChiliDocs® has no limits – you can upload as many templates as you like.

Create documents at the touch of a button

Now you are ready to create documents at the touch of a button. Just navigate to the object like deal, contact or company you want to quote on, click «Create Quote» on the record, and select the template you saved.

Your document is ready for dispatch

After a few seconds, your document is finished as a Word or PDF file. One last check, put it in the envelope, stamp it, and send it off!
